Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information photodoxle ("we", "us") collects when you use photodoxle.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. If you have a question, email dago@photodoxle.com.

What We Collect

• Information you send us. When you book a call, request a project or email us, we receive what you include: usually your name, email address, company and details about your project.
• Purchase information. When you buy an offer or a Learn Pass, our payment processor (Stripe) collects your payment details. We receive your name, email address, what you bought and the amount. We never see or store your full card number.
• Learn Pass access. If you unlock the Learn Pass, a cookie on your browser remembers that you're a member so you don't have to enter your code again.
• Basic usage information. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) to keep the site running and secure.
• Page visits. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It works without cookies and doesn't identify you or follow you across other sites.

How We Use It

We use your information to reply to you, deliver the work and products you buy, run the Learn Pass, keep the site secure and, if you ask us to, send you updates. We don't sell your personal information, and we don't use it for advertising profiles.

Who We Share It With

We share information only with the services that help us run the business, and only as much as they need:

• Stripe, to process payments.
• Our hosting provider, to serve the website.
• Our email provider, to send and receive email.
• Instagram (via Behold), which supplies the posts shown in our footer. Loading them doesn't send your personal information to us.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies and similar storage:

• Learn Pass access (`learn_access`), to remember that you're a member.
• Admin access, used only by our team to sign in.
• Preferences stored in your browser, such as the project type you picked in a guide, a banner you closed, or the accessibility settings you turned on.

We don't use advertising cookies. You can clear cookies in your browser at any time; you'll just need to enter your Learn Pass code again.

How Long We Keep It

We keep project and purchase records for as long as we need them to deliver the work, support you afterwards and meet tax and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete information we no longer need.

Your Choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop emailing you. Email dago@photodoxle.com and we'll respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy laws.

Children

Our site and services are meant for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be highlighted on the site.
