These terms apply when you use photodoxle.com, read the Learn guides, download our templates or buy from photodoxle. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Using The Site

You can browse the site, read the free parts of our guides and contact us. Please don't misuse it: no attempts to break in, overload it, scrape it in bulk, or use it for anything unlawful.

Our Work And Content

Everything on this site, including the case studies, images, guides, figures, templates, logos and the photodoxle name, belongs to photodoxle or to the clients who own it and have allowed us to show it. You may not copy, republish or resell it without our written permission. Client names and work appear with permission and remain the property of those clients.

The Learn Pass

• The Learn Pass gives you personal access to the full guides and downloads while your subscription is active.
• Your access code is for you only. Please don't share or publish it; we may deactivate codes that are shared.
• You may use the templates and checklists in your own work and your clients' work. You may not resell, redistribute or publish them as your own templates or courses.
• Guides are general information, not professional advice for your specific situation. Always check details such as printer specifications and platform requirements before relying on them.

Offers And Projects

• Flat-rate offers include what's listed on the offer, at the price shown. Turnarounds start once we've received everything we need from you.
• Learn Pass member pricing on offers requires an active Learn Pass for the full length of the project. The months the project is expected to take are charged upfront.
• Scoped projects are governed by the proposal or agreement we send you, which takes priority over these terms where they differ.
• Unless your agreement says otherwise, you own the final deliverables once they're paid for in full. We may show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Payments

Prices are in US dollars. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Please see our Sales & Refund Policy for how purchases, cancellations and refunds work.

Links To Other Sites

We link to other sites, such as Instagram. We're not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.

Disclaimers And Liability

The site and guides are provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, photodoxle isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or guides, and our total liability for any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
